Order Status Page Donation
Order Status Page Donation adds a giving option on the order status page, the page customers visit when they check their order after it has been placed. It works the same way as Thank You Page Donation but reaches customers on a return visit, days or weeks after their purchase.
When to use Order Status Page Donation
Section titled “When to use Order Status Page Donation”- You want to reach customers who missed the donation offer immediately after checkout
- You want to show a giving option to returning customers who are already engaged with your brand
- Your cause-marketing campaign should be visible throughout the order lifecycle, not just at purchase

See Display Rules for the full list of available rules.
Where it appears
Section titled “Where it appears”Works on order status page. You must add the Order Status Page Donation block in the Shopify checkout editor on the order status page.
How donations are handled
Section titled “How donations are handled”When a customer donates, a new Shopify order is created for the selected donation amount. You are responsible for distributing the collected amount to the charity or cause. The app does not connect to any charity platform directly. It only creates the order.
Best practices
Section titled “Best practices”- Use the same cause and donation amounts as your Thank You Page Donation for a consistent experience across the order journey.
- The order status page is a calmer, lower-urgency moment than the thank-you page. A heartfelt cause description and image matter more here than urgency.
