Order Status Page Upsell

The Order Status Page Upsell shows a product offer on the order status page, the page customers visit when they check their order in their account. Unlike the thank-you page, this is a return visit days or weeks after purchase, making it ideal for replenishment and re-engagement offers.

  • You sell consumable or replenishable products and want to prompt reorders when customers check their order
  • You want to show loyalty or upgrade offers to returning customers
  • You want to reach customers who are not yet on your email list but are actively checking their order status
  • The offer works best when it feels useful rather than opportunistic. Customers checking order status are task-focused, not in buying mode

  1. Go to Order Status Page Upsells and click Create.
  2. Select the product to offer:
    • Manual: pick specific products or variants
    • Automatic: the app selects based on what is in the order
    • Collection: choose from a product collection
  3. Set a heading and button text for the offer.
  4. Choose a layout.
  5. Optionally add a campaign image.
  6. Set Display Rules to target specific customers or orders.
  7. Set a schedule if this is a time-limited promotion.
  8. Click Save.
  9. In the Shopify checkout editor, add the Order Status Page Upsell block to the order status page.

  • Use Display Rules to show the upsell only for specific customers or order types. For example, only when a specific product was purchased or only for customers with more than 2 orders. See Display Rules for all available rules.
  • Use Schedule to run a time-limited promotion with automatic start and end dates.

Works on order status page. You must add the Order Status Page Upsell block in the Shopify checkout editor on the order status page.

You can create a B variant to test different products or price points. Open an existing upsell and click Create A/B variant. The app splits views between A and B and tracks revenue from each. A/B testing is available on Growth and Plus plans.
