How to Upgrade
Section titled “How to Upgrade”Go to Plans in the app’s left navigation, then:
- Toggle between Monthly and Yearly at the top (yearly saves 17%)
- Select a plan card
- Click Upgrade
- Confirm the charge on the Shopify screen — the plan activates immediately
Downgrading
Section titled “Downgrading”You can downgrade at any time. If you downgrade to Starter, reminder sending stops immediately. Your integration settings are preserved and resume if you upgrade again.
