Reorder Revenue Analytics
The Analytics page shows exactly how much reorder revenue and how many orders the Buy Again - Reorder Reminders app is generating. Go to Buy Again - Reorder Reminders app → Analytics.
Date Filter
Section titled “Date Filter”Click the date picker at the top left to filter all data by date range. You can pick a custom range using the calendar, or use one of the quick presets:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- Last 365 days
- Last 12 months
- Last week
- Last month
Select your range and click Apply.
You can also pick a custom range by clicking any start date and end date directly on the date picker. The selected range is highlighted on the datepicker.
Source Filter
Section titled “Source Filter”Next to the date filter is a Source dropdown. This lets you filter all metrics and charts based on where the reorder came from:

Selecting a source filters the summary cards, both charts, and the top products list to that source only.
Summary Cards
Section titled “Summary Cards”Four metric cards are shown at the top:

| Buy Again Revenue | Total revenue from Buy Again orders in the selected period |
| Buy Again Orders | Number of orders placed through Buy Again in the selected period |
| Average Reorder Value | Buy Again Revenue ÷ Buy Again Orders |
| Reorder Rate | Percentage of all store orders that were Buy Again orders |
Charts
Section titled “Charts”Two line charts are shown side by side, each plotted by date for the selected period:
- Sales — Buy Again revenue per day (y-axis: amount, x-axis: date)
- Order Count — number of Buy Again orders per day (y-axis: count, x-axis: date)
Hover over any point on either chart to see the exact date and value.
Top Products
Section titled “Top Products”To the right of the summary cards is a Top Products panel showing the 5 products that generated the most Buy Again - Reorder revenue in the selected period. Each row shows the product name (linked to the product in Shopify Admin) and total revenue.
Customer Analytics
Section titled “Customer Analytics”Click the Customer Analytics → button at the top right to go directly to the Customers page.
