Reorder Revenue per Customer
The Customers page gives you a per-customer breakdown of reorder reminder emails sent, and revenue across all Buy Again - Reorder sources. Go to Buy Again - Reorder Reminders app → Customers Analytics.
To get here you can also click Customer Analytics → from the Analytics page.
Table Columns
Section titled “Table Columns”| Column | What it shows |

| Customer | Customer name with link to their profile in Shopify Admin |
| Customer email address | |
| Orders | Total number of orders this customer has placed in your store |
| Reorders | Number of those orders that were placed through Buy Again - Reorder Reminders app |
| Total Reorder Revenue | Total revenue from all Buy Again orders by this customer |
| Reorder Page Revenue | Revenue from orders that came through the Buy Again Page (new customer account) |
| Reorder Popup Revenue | Revenue from orders that came through the Reorder Popup (new customer account) |
| Reminder Emails Sent | How many reorder reminder emails have been sent to this customer |
| Email Revenue | Revenue from orders that came specifically through reminder emails |
Sorting
Section titled “Sorting”Sort the list by any of these fields:
- Name — A–Z or Z–A
- Orders — low to high or high to low
- Total Reorder Revenue — low to high or high to low
- Email Revenue — low to high or high to low
- Reorder Page Revenue — low to high or high to low
- Reorder Popup Revenue — low to high or high to low
