What changes
With a review app connected, Buy Again shows the star rating and review count on every product card across the reorder popup, the Buy Again page in new customer accounts, the thank-you page widget, and POS.
Setup
Go to Buy Again → Integrations, pick your review app, and turn on ratings. No extra account is needed on the review app’s side, it just pulls in the ratings you already have.
Why this matters
A customer deciding whether to reorder is more likely to act when they can see other buyers rated the product well. Showing ratings at the exact moment someone is reordering removes a bit of hesitation, whether those ratings come from Klaviyo Reviews, Okendo, Junip, Yotpo, Stamped, or Kudosi.
