A good app partnership should add value for merchants, not force them to learn a new tool. If you already run your email marketing through Omnisend, you shouldn’t need a second inbox or a separate sender just to remind customers to reorder.
How the integration works
Buy Again & Reorder Reminders connects directly to your Omnisend account. Once connected, reorder and replenishment reminders (customer-defined, usage-based, or AI-predicted) are sent as Omnisend events, so they go out through your existing Omnisend setup instead of a separate email system.
That means:
- One sender reputation, not two
- Reminder emails match the rest of your Omnisend flows
- No need to manage a second set of email templates outside Omnisend
Setup
Go to Buy Again → Integrations, add your Omnisend API key, and turn on reminders. From there, every reorder reminder Buy Again triggers is sent as an event through Omnisend.
For the full step-by-step, see the Omnisend integration guide.
Why this matters
Replenishment reminders convert far better than general promotional email, but only if they actually get sent and land in the inbox. Routing them through Omnisend means you’re using infrastructure that’s already proven to work for your store, instead of adding a new one to manage.
